Life Skills & Readiness.

Our Life Skills & Readiness Program equips youth ages 18–25 with the essential knowledge and tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and professionally. This program prepares young people for real-world success through mentoring, interactive learning, workforce readiness training, and character development experiences.

Participants receive hands-on training in communication, financial literacy, conflict resolution, professional development, time management, and decision-making. The program also provides exposure to local career pathways, volunteer opportunities, and community resources, helping each youth build a strong foundation for personal and future success.
